/KASE, March 27, 2024/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of the
Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated February 27,
2024, consent was granted for the inclusion of international bonds
XS2774403690 (EBRDe23; KZT9.4 bn; 28.03.24 – 28.03.29; floating quarterly
coupon; actual/365) of the European Bank for Reconstruction and
Development in the sector "Securities of international financial organizations"
of KASE official list.
The admittance initiator of the said bonds is Tengri Partners Investment Banking
(Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty).
The effective date of this decision of KASE's Management Board is March 27,
2024.
The opening of trades in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
