/KASE, March 26, 2024/ – Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC (Aqtobe),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will
begin on April 25, 2024 at 11:00 o'clock. The only issue on the agenda of the
said meeting is the issue of making amendments to a major transaction.
