Listing commission of KASE made decision to include bonds KZ2P00010994 (ZHBSpp1) of SK Zhana Bastau in KASE official list's "Private placement" market

/KASE, March 19, 2024/ – On March 19, 2024, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00010994 (KZT1,000, KZT4.0 bn; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, 25.00 % APR; 30/360) of SK Zhana Bastau LLP (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) ZHBSpp1.
