/KASE, March 14, 2024/ – Aidarly Project JSC (Zhezqazgan), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on April 16,
2024 at 10:00 a.m., with the only item on the agenda being the issue "On
approval of transactions previously concluded by the Company".
