/KASE, March 13, 2024/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC
(Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated
February 29, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the
holding's Board of Directors:
- removed: A. Smailov, Y. Zhamaubaev, A. Kuantyrov, N. Baibazarov;
- elected: O. Bektenov, N. Baibazarov, M. Takiev.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National
managing holding "Baiterek" JSC consists of nine people: O. Bektenov, A.
Irgaliev, R. Sklyar, N. Baibazarov, M. Takiev, K. Sharlapaev, Daniel A. Witt,
Marie-Helen Berard, Manfred Grundke.
