/KASE, March 7, 2024/ – NAC Kazatomprom JSC (Astana), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 22, 2024, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management
Board:
- excluded: M. Magazhanov;
- elected: D. Sagindykov.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of NAC
Kazatomprom JSC consists of seven persons: M. Yusupov, K. Omarbekov, D.
Kosherbaev, A. Aldongarov, Y. Kuantyrov, S. Temirbaev, S. Sagindykov.
