/KASE, March 7, 2024/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the
following press release dated March 7, 2024:

"KazTransOil" JSC consolidated revenue for 2023 amounted KZT 290,385.6
million, which is by 13.6% higher than in 2022. Consolidated net profit for 2023
made KZT 32,845.3 million, which is by 65.9% higher than the result for 2022.
At the same time, "KazTransOil" JSC non-consolidated revenue for 2023
amounted KZT 240,988.2 million, which is by 13.6% higher than in 2022.
"KazTransOil" JSC non-consolidated net profit for 2023 made KZT 18,041.9
million, which is by 115.6% higher than the result for 2022.
