KASE Management Board decided to include bonds KZX000001870 (JETGe1) of Private Company JET Group Ltd. to the official KASE list in the "bonds" category of the alternative platform

/KASE, 06.03.24/– On March 05, 2024, the Management Board of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZX000001870 (3.0 billion tenge; 21.12.23 – 21.12.26; quarterly coupon, 20.75% per annum; 30 /360) of Private Company JET Group Ltd. (Astana) to the official list of KASE in the "bonds" category of the alternative platform. Date of entry into force of this decision of the Management Board will be announced additionally. Opening of trading in these bonds on the KASE will also be announced additionally. The indicated bonds have been assigned the ticker (trading code) JETGe1. Core activities of Private Company JET Group Ltd. are activities of holding companies. These bonds were issued subject to the current laws of Astana International Financial Center.
