/KASE, March 1, 2024/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 23,
2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's
Management Board:
- removed: A. Isenov;
- elected: V. Li.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Development
Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of five people: M. Yelibayev, V. Li, B.
Abisheva, A. Sharipov, B. Omarov.
