/KASE, February 28, 2024/ – Shubarkol komir JSC (Qaraghandy), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated February
22, 2024, the company's Board of Directors was elected as follows:
- S. Shakhazhanov;
- D. Rakhmatullaev;
- M. Barabash;
- A. Teleuov;
- N. Ospanov.
