/KASE, February 22, 2024/ – El Orda Arnau LLP (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2P00009996 (KASE alternative market,
category "bonds", EOARb1; KZT1,000, KZT5.0 bn; 05.09.23 – 05.09.25; annual
coupon, 25.00 % per annum; 30/360) with changes, registered by the Agency of
the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial
Market on February 21, 2024, and the certificate on state registration of the
bond issue, replacing the one issued previously.
According to these documents:
- the certificate was replaced due to a change in the circulation period of the
bonds, changes in the conditions for the frequency of coupon payments and
the conditions for exercising the right to repurchase bonds;
- the frequency of coupon payment was changed from once a year to twice a
year;
- the maturity of the bonds was changed from two years to three years.
