Trading in securities ETF US81369Y3080 (XLP_KZ) and US81369Y8865 (XLU_KZ) of The Select Sector SPDR Trust will be suspended on KASE as of February 20

/KASE, February 19, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of February 20, 2024 trading in securities ETF US81369Y3080 (sector "KASE Global", XLP_KZ) and US81369Y8865 (sector "KASE Global", XLU_KZ) of The Select Sector SPDR Trust (USA) will be suspended on KASE on repo transactions in trading modes with the participation of the central counterparty, the settlement date of which falls on March 19, 2024 and subsequent dates. Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the record date for the specified securities will be March 19, 2024.
