/KASE, February 14, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on February 13, 2024, the
Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include
bonds KZ2P00010952 (MFBLb3; KZT1,000, KZT2.2 bn; 360 days; quarterly
coupon, 24.00 % APR; 30/360) of Birinshi Lombard LLP (Almaty) in KASE
official list's alternative market's "commercial bonds" category.
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is February 15,
2024.
The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will be announced later.
