/KASE, February 14, 2024/ – Following the application of Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance JSC, which is the local coordinator and joint bookrunner during the public offering of common shares KZ1C00004050 (KASE main market, category "premium", AIRA) of Air Astana JSC on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the following changes have been made to the terms and conditions of the public offering of these shares: - the time for submitting the register of accepted orders has been changed from "February 8, 2024 to 17:00 Astana time (AST)" to "February 8, 2024 to 14:00 AST"; - the period for providing the register of executed orders has been changed from "February 9–10, 2024" to "February 9–12, 2024"; - the transaction conclusion time has been changed from 10:00 AST to 12:15–13:15 AST on February 14, 2024; - the settlement time has been changed from February 14, 2024 at the first clearing session to February 14, 2024 after the conclusion of transactions.
