/KASE, February 7, 2024/ – LOTTE Rakhat JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the following:

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board/Member of the Management Board
of LOTTE Rakhat JSC, Mr. Park Gyun Youl, resigned from the Management
Board of the Company as of 02.02.2024, due to the termination of his
employment contract. The employment contract was terminated at the initiative of
the employee.
