/KASE, January 31, 2024/ – Tengri Partners Investment Banking
(Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general
meeting of its shareholders will begin on March 1, 2024 at 15:00 o'clock, with the
following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders of the company;
- bonuses for members of the company's Board of Directors;
- change in the composition of the company's Board of Directors.
