/KASE, January 30, 2024/ – Leasing Group JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on February 29,
2024 at 15:00 o'clock with the following agenda:
- on the approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of the
company's shareholders;
- changing the composition of the company's Board of Directors;
- on approval of a set of interrelated transactions.
