KASE, January 26, 2024/ – Industrial Development Fund JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the amended issue prospectus of bonds KZ2C00010338
(KASE main market, category "bonds", IDFRb5; KZT1,000, KZT232.0 bn; 15
years; annual coupon, 12.50 % per annum; 30/360), registered by the Agency of
the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Regulation and Development of the Financial
Market on January 22, 2024, and a certificate of state registration of the bond
issue, replacing the one issued previously.
According to these documents:
- the certificate was replaced due to a decrease in the number and volume of
bonds issued;
- the number of bonds was reduced from 232.0 million to 190.0 million;
- the volume of issue was reduced from 232.0 billion tenge to 190.0 billion
tenge;
- the interest rate was changed from 12.50 % per annum to 13.15 % per
annum.
