/KASE, January 23, 2024/ – Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance
JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that on January 22, 2024 the Board of Directors of
the company decided to repurchase 15,363,934 common shares at a price of
104.14 tenge per share on the OTC securities market.
