/KASE, January 15, 2024/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE) on January 12, 2024 decided to include the following bonds
Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds"
category of KASE official list's main market:
- KZ2C00010478 (MFOKb18; KZT1,000; KZT10.0 bn; 2 years; monthly
coupon, 20.00 % per annum; 30/360);
- KZ2C00010825 (MFOKb19; $100; $50.0 mln; 3 years; monthly coupon, 10.00
% per annum; 30/360).
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is January 15,
2024.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
