/KASE, January 15, 2024/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on January 12, 2024 made a decision to
include bonds KZ2P00010788 (MFTSb2; KZT500,000, KZT10.0 bn; 2.5 years;
quarterly coupon, 20.50 % APR; 30/360) of MFO "TAS FINANCE GROUP" LLP
(Abai region) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative
market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is January 15,
2024.
Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced later.
