/KASE, January 12, 2024/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on January 12, 2024 decided to include the following bonds Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: - KZ2C00010478 (KZT1,000; KZT10.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, 20.00 % per annum; 30/360); - KZ2C00010825 ($100; $50.0 mln; 3 years; monthly coupon, 10.00 % per annum; 30/360). The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of bonds KZ2C00010478 is the second under the second bond program of MFO OnlineKazFinance JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on September 29, 2023 in the amount of KZT100.0 bn. The issue of bonds KZ2C00010825 is the first under the third bond program of MFO OnlineKazFinance JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on December 29, 2023 in the amount of USD200.0 mln. The indicated bonds are assigned abbreviations (tickers) MFOKb18 and MFOKb19, respectively.
