Bonds KZ2P00010788 (MFTSb2) of MFO "TAS FINANCE GROUP" passed listing procedure in "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market

/KASE, January 12, 2024/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on January 12, 2024 made a decision to include bonds KZ2P00010788 (KZT500,000, KZT10.0 bn; 2.5 years; quarterly coupon, 20.50 % APR; 30/360) of MFO "TAS FINANCE GROUP" LLP (Abai region) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The financial consultant of Microfinance organization ECO-Finance LLP is Centras Securities JSC (Almaty). The issue of these bonds is the second under the bond program of MFO "TAS FINANCE GROUP" LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on December 1, 2023 in the amount of KZT30.0 bn. The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MFTSb2. More detailed information on the issue of said bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2024-01-12]
