/KASE, January 10, 2024/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC
(Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated
December 27, 2023, A. Mukhamejanov was removed from the holding's
Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of National
managing holding "Baiterek" JSC consists of five people: N. Baibazarov,
N. Aidapkelov, Y. Khamitov, U. Galym, V. Son.
