/KASE, January 8, 2024/ – Home Credit Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on January 25,
2024 at 15:00 o'clock with the following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders of the bank;
- on the payment of dividends on common shares of the bank and approval of
the amount of dividend per common share;
- on approval of changes and additions to the bank's charter;
- on approval of changes and additions to the Charter of the bank's Board of
Directors.
