Listing Commission of KASE made decision to include bonds KZ2P00010481 (AGQApp1) of AGRIQA Asia in KASE official list's "Private placement" market

/KASE, December 29, 2023/ – On December 28, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00010481 ($1,000; $1.2 mln; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, 8.00 % APR; 30/360) of AGRIQA Asia LLP (Turqistan region) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) AGQApp1.
