Bonds KZ2P00010598 (MFECb1) of Microfinance organization ECO-Finance passed listing procedure in "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market

/KASE, December 29, 2023/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 28, 2023 made a decision to include bonds KZ2P00010598 (KZT1,000, KZT200.0 mln; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 24.00 % APR; 30/360) of Microfinance organization ECO-Finance LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The financial consultant of Microfinance organization ECO-Finance LLP is Centras Securities JSC (Almaty). The issue of these bonds is the first under the first bond program of Microfinance organization ECO-Finance LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on December 1, 2023 in the amount of KZT1.0 bn. The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MFECb1. The main activity of Microfinance organization ECO-Finance LLP is the provision of microloans.
