Birinshi Lombard raised KZT399.9 mln on KASE through subscription, by placing bonds KZ2P00010010 (MFBLb2) with yield to maturity of 24.00 % per annum

/KASE, December 28, 2023/ – An initial offering of bonds KZ2P00010010 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", MFBLb2; KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; 10.10.23 – 10.10.25; quarterly coupon, 24.00 % APR; 30/360) of Birinshi Lombard LLP (Almaty) was conducted in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange) today by way of subscription to them. BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) (Almaty) acted as the seller during the subscription to the said bonds. Bonds with a nominal volume of 500,000,000 tenge were offered for placement. During the subscription, only limit orders were accepted. Orders for the subscription were collected on December 28, 2023 from 10:00 to 12:00 o'clock, Astana time. One KASE member took part in the trades. A total of one limit order for the purchase of bonds with a nominal volume of 399.9 million tenge was submitted to the trading system, which was considered active at the end of the order collection. The clean price in the submitted order was 99.9797 % of the face value (24.00 % per annum). Demand was 76.0 % of supply. Based on the placement results, the order was executed in full. 380,182 bonds were placed for a total amount of KZT399,874,287.1. According to the data of Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty), the transaction based on the results of the subscription to the said bonds was settled by the time of publication of this information, the subscription was completed.
