/KASE, December 26, 2023/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC
(Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated
December 20, 2023, A. Isenov was elected as a deputy Chairman of the bank's
Management Board supervising lending issues.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Development
Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of five persons: M. Yelibayev, A. Isenov, A.
Sharipov, B. Abisheva, B. Omarov.
