From December 26, common shares KZ1C00000603 (AMIN) of Insurance Company "Amanat" will be excluded from KASE official list at issuer initiative of

/KASE, December 25, 2023/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated December 25, 2023, common shares KZ1C00000603 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", AMIN) of Insurance Company "Amanat" JSC (Almaty) were excluded from KASE official list. This decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect on December 26, 2023. This decision was made on the basis of an application by Insurance Company "Amanat" JSC for the voluntary delisting of these shares from KASE official list . Said shares had been in the "B" category of KASE official list since January 4, 2007, and since June 1, 2017 they had been in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative market.
