/KASE, December 25, 2023/ – Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC
(Aqtobe), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its
shareholders will begin on January 22, 2024 at 11:00 o'clock. The only issue on
the agenda of the said meeting is the issue of making amendments to a major
interested party transaction.
