(Almaty) , whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about the decision of the Board of Directors dated
December 12, 2023 on the additional issue of 100,000 authorized common
shares at an offering price of 1,500 tenge per share, with the shareholders
exercise their right of pre-emptive purchase of shares.
