Bonds KZ2P00010283 (MFLPb1) of Lombard Progress passed listing procedure in "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market

/KASE, December 12, 2023/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 11, 2023 made a decision to include bonds KZ2P00010283 (KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 24.00 % APR; 30/360) of Lombard Progress LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the first under the first bond program of Lombard Progress LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on October 18, 2023 in the amount of 3.0 billion tenge. The financial consultant of Lombard Progress LLP is BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC). The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MFLPb1. Main activities of Lombard Progress LLP is pawnshop business.
