/KASE, December 8, 2023/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of the
Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of December 5,
2023, bonds KZ2P00010416 (MFKTb5; KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; 2 years; quarterly
coupon, 22.00 % APR; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "Credit Time" LLP
(Aqtobe) were included in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's
alternative market.
The Listing Commission decision's effective date is December 8, 2023.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
