/KASE, December 7, 2023/ – Leasing Group JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on January 8,
2023 at 15:00 o'clock with the following agenda:
- on the approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of the
company's shareholders;
- on choosing the auditing organization that audits the company for 2023;
- changing the composition of the company's Board of Directors.
