Bonds KZ2P00010416 (MFKTb5) of Microfinance organization "Credit Time" underwent listing procedure on KASE in category "bonds" of alternative market

/KASE, December 5, 2023/ – Following a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of December 5, 2023, bonds KZ2P00010416 (KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 22.00 % APR; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "Credit Time" LLP (Aqtobe) were included in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally. Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The issue of these bonds is the third under the second bond program of Microfinance organization "Credit Time" LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on November 17, 2022 in the amount of KZT10.0 bn. The said bonds were assigned the abbreviation (ticker) MFKTb5.
