/KASE, December 5, 2023/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC
(Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated
November 23, 2023, V. Son was elected a deputy Chairman of the holding's
Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of National
managing holding "Baiterek" JSC consists of six people: N. Baibazarov, N.
Aidapkelov, A. Mukhamejanov, Y. Khamitov, U. Galym, V. Son.
