/KASE, December 4, 2023/ – Industrial Development Fund JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated November 24,
2023, the following changes were made to the company's Board of Directors:
- removed: K. Sharlapaev – Chairman of the Board of Directors, N. Baibazarov
– member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: B. Omarov – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Industrial
Development Fund JSC consists of six persons: M. Yelibayev, R. Gapparov, A.
Jailaubekova, M. Alkenov, Y. Makanov, B. Omarov.
