/KASE, 01.12.23/ – As reported earlier, the Management Board of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 30, 2023 decided to include bonds
KZ2P00010440 (MFRFb10; 1,000 tenge, 2, 0 billion tenge; 12 months; monthly
coupon, 20.00% per annum) of Microfinance Organization "R-Finance" LLP
(Astana) in the official KASE listing in the category “commercial bonds” of the
alternative platform.
This decision of the Management Board takes effect on December 4, 2023.
Opening of the trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
