/KASE, November 22, 2023/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network
Company JSC (Aqtau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general
meeting of shareholders dated November 16, 2023, the following changes were
made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- removed: A. Shapagtqyzy;
- elected: A. Zhashibaev.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Mangistau
Regional Electricity Network Company JSC consists of six persons: S. Idrissov,
E. Denisova, A. Zhashibaev, D. Shakirt, D. Baizhanov, A. Kitapbaev.
