(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about the decision of the Board of Directors dated
November 10, 2023: "To increase the authorized capital of the Limited Liability
Partnership Microfinance Organization "KMF" and form it in the amount of
50,008,939,084 ... tenge, with all partners of the Partnership making additional
proportional contributions".
