Black Biotechnology raised KZ1.5 bn on KASE through subscription, by
placing "green" bonds KZ2P00010317 (BKBTb1) at weighted average yield to
maturity of 21.50 % per annum

/KASE, November 17, 2023/ – An initial offering of "green" bonds KZ2P00010317
(KASE alternative market, category "bonds", BKBTb1; KZT1,000; KZT2.0 bn
tenge; 17.11.23 – 17.11.26; semi-annual coupon, 21.50 % per annum; 30/360) of
Black Biotechnology LLP (Almaty) was held today in KASE's trading system by
way of subscription to them.
Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty) acted as the seller during the subscription to
these bonds.
Bonds with a total face volume of KZT1,000,000,000 were offered for placement.
As part of the subscription, only limit orders were accepted.
Orders for the subscription were accepted on November 17, 2023 from 10:30 to
14:30 o'clock, Astana time.
Three KASE members took part in the trades (the number of participant accounts
is 78). A total of 81 limit orders were submitted to the trading system, of
which, at the end of the order collection, 79 orders with a volume of
KZT1,500.0 mln (with a nominal volume of KZT1,500.0 mln) were recognized as
active. The clean price in the active orders submitted varied in the range of
100.0000–100.0213 % of the face value (21.4900–21.5000 % per annum), the
weighted average clean price was 100.0001 % of the face value (21.5000 % per
annum). Demand was 150.0 % of supply.
In the total volume of active orders, legal entities accounted for 43.8 %, and
individuals – for 56.2 %.
As a result of the offering, all active orders were executed. A total of
1,500,000 bonds were placed for a total amount of KZT1,500,001,277.6.
According to the data of Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty), deals based
on the results of the subscription to the said bonds were settled by the time of
publication of this information, the subscription is completed.
