/KASE, November 17, 2023/ – National company "KazMunayGas" JSC
(Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of
shareholders dated November 6, 2023, A. Shakirov was elected as a member of
the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of National
company "KazMunayGas" JSC consists of nine people: Y. Berdigulov, U.
Karabalin, Holland Philip Malcolm, A. Zhubaev, A. Argingazin, M. Mirzagaliyev,
Y. Otynshiev, S. Mynsharipova, A. Shakirov.
