/KASE, November 16, 2023/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC
(Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated
November 9, 2023, K. Sharlapaev was removed from the bank's Board of
Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Development
Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of five persons: N. Baibazarov, N. Aidapkelov,
Y. Khamitov, A. Saydenov, Marcia Elizabeth Christian Favale.
