Over three months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, revenue of Freedom
Holding Corp. totaled $435.6 million and $180.1 million, respectively. Earnings
for the period were significantly higher than those for the quarter ended
September 30, 2022. This was primarily due to an increase in interest income,
net proceeds from trading securities, income from insurance companies and an
increase in fee and commission income between the two periods.
