/KASE, November 7, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (Astana),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that on November 2, 2023 the international rating agency
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the company's long-term ratings in foreign
and national currencies at "Baa3"; the outlook has been changed from "Stable" to
"Positive".
