/KASE, November 6, 2023/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 3, 2023, decided to include
bonds KZ2C00010338 (IDFRb5; KZT1,000, KZT232.0 bn; 15 years; annual
coupon, 12.50 % APR; 30/360) of Industrial Development Fund JSC (Astana)
in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is November 6,
2023.
The opening of trades in said bonds on KASE will be announced later.
