/KASE, November 6, 2023/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 3, 2023, decided to include
the following bonds of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana) in the
"bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:
- KZ2C00010346 (BRKZb36; KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; 15 years, annual
coupon, 12.50 % APR; 30/360);
- KZ2C00010379 (BRKZb37; KZT1,000, KZT18.0 bn; 15 years, annual coupon,
12.50 % APR; 30/360).
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is November 6,
2023.
The opening of trading in said bonds on KASE will be announced later.
