whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has

On October 31, 2023, the rating agency Moody's Investors Service (hereinafter –
the Agency) affirmed the long-term rating of the Issuer in foreign and national
currencies at "Baa2" and revised the outlook for the Bank's credit ratings from
"Stable" to "Positive".
