Bonds KZ2P00010192 (CLSGb3) of Capital Leasing Group passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, October 30, 2023/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on October 30, 2023 decided to include bonds KZ2P00010192 (KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session for the placement of bonds; 30/360) of Capital Leasing Group LLP (Almaty) in "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the second under the first bond program of Capital Leasing Group LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on June 30, 2023 in the amount of 10.0 billion tenge. The financial consultant of Capital Leasing Group LLP is Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty). The indicated bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) CLSGb3.
